Finance and Sales Administrator

Founded and led by Stephanie and John Williams, our team is dedicated to delivering an elevated client experience across some of South Australia’s most prestigious homes.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Sales Administrator to join our award- winning team. This role is integral to the smooth running of our finance, sales administration, and office operations. Working closely with the Finance Manager and Sales Admin team, you will manage finance and trust accounting processes, support sales transactions, and ensure efficient day-to-day administration within a fast-paced, detail-driven luxury real estate environment.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage trust accounting functions including receipting, reconciliations, and deposit
  • Process supplier invoices and general financial administration in Xero
  • Management of agent and office-paid expenses and approvals
  • Coordinate marketing invoicing, vendor accounts, and advertising reporting
  • Process settlements, commission and balance of deposit payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Support office operations and provide assistance to the sales administration team
  • Assist with reporting, compliance requirements, and ongoing process
  • Previous experience in a finance and administration role within a real estate agency will be highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of trust accounting, sales contracts, and compliance
  • Confident use of Xero, AgentBox (Reapit Sales), and Microsoft Office preferred
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
  • Professional communicator who works well with agents, clients, and leadership
  • Experience in assisting with accounts payable / receivable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
