MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We’re looking for a motivated, driven and creative Marketing Executive to join Williams Luxury on a permanent full-time or part-time basis as we continue to strive to elevate our brand that is integral to delivering the uncompromising results that Williams Luxury proudly achieves. You will work in collaboration with our expert team to provide superior marketing support and creativity to contribute to the growth of the brand and company.

Williams Luxury are searching for a positive, organised, and energetic Marketing Executive with innovative design & solution-based advice and who enjoys working in a fast paced environment to join our experienced team of highly experienced individuals based at our Rose Park office. Someone who takes initiative, appreciates the importance of confidentiality, has strong communication skills and the knowledge of building an impactful luxury brand working within a collaborative hardworking team, who support and laugh with each other, making you want to come to work every day!

This is a unique opportunity to take on a pivotal role that will see you provide excellent marketing materials across branding projects and have ownership of the creativity to take the brand to the next level.

The role:

  • Develop and create marketing material including pre-listing kits, agent profiling, property advertising etc.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation and engagement strategies.
  • Maintain the company’s online presence, including website maintenance.
  • Organize client gifts and manage project marketing materials such as brochures and newsletters.
  • Oversee brand marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in proposal pitches for clients and contribute to copywriting and proofreading tasks.
  • Create information packs and appraisal follow up proposals.
  • Manage company signage and exposure.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Proficient in graphic design programs including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within the property development or real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for marketing and creativity, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT

We are looking for a polished & professional Receptionist / Front of House Specialist with an interest in real estate & providing excellent customer service to represent the Williams Luxury brand and become a core member of our team.

Play a pivotal role to the front of house operations and create an exceptional customer experience to Vendors, Purchasers, Landlord, Tenants and Suppliers alike. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the office and providing administrative assistance to our expert Sales & Property Management Teams that is integral to delivering the uncompromising results that WILLIAMS proudly achieves.

Your week will be kept busy with greeting clients, managing incoming phone calls & taking messages, processing listing & sale documentation, property marketing and providing ongoing administrative support to our busy sales team as well as managing a high activity office.

We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. You will be a great team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, appreciates the importance of confidentiality, has strong communication skills and is passionate about making a positive impact. This role requires you to work with a variety of personalities and top performing agents. Your highly organised nature, understanding of office etiquette and commitment to exceptional service is paramount.

The role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and first class client experiences;
  • You will take ownership of the day to day aesthetic and smooth running of both front of house and back office areas ensuring all needs are catered for;
  • Assist Sales Agents with preparation of appraisal documentation, listing & sale documents and any other Ad Hoc duties requested
  • Provide administrative assistance to Directors as required;
  • You’ll be the point of contact for all office maintenance requests and general office administration needs;
  • Manage meeting rooms ensuring they are tidy, presentable and appropriately set-up (including IT requirements) at all times;
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the office furniture, cleanliness and ensuring suppliers are servicing us correctly;
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries are allocated and assigned to the correct personnel or courier in a timely manner;
  • Manage all inbound calls by way of screening and directing to the appropriate personnel as well as passing on messages;
  • Ensuring that the reception, kitchen and common areas are kept clean and tidy at all times;
  • Provide basic support to the corporate teams with any ad-hoc / admin duties where appropriate.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Previous administration experience is highly desired;
  • Experience in high level customer service is essential (ie. corporate, retail or hospitality industries);
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills;
  • A professional and polished appearance;
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise;
  • Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure;
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office suite software is desirable;
  • Multiarray, Agent Box & Real-hub experience favoured, but not essential;
  • Exceptional time management skills;
  • A high level of emotional intelligence;
  • Fantastic relationship-building skills;
  • You will be a team player with an approachable, easy going and friendly personality, which will be warmly welcomed by all members of the team;
